ASHLEY MARYON ROBINSON It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our beloved, beautiful daughter, Ashley Maryon Robinson on June 6, 2011. Ashley is survived by her parents, Greg and Sharon Robinson; her brother Clayton; grandmother Maryon Jean Robinson; and her pride and joy, her nephew Keenan. Predeceased by her grandfather Clarence Robinson and grandmother Elizabeth Fecteau. Cherishing her memory are her many special aunts, uncles and cousins, most notably Rowan, Sandra and Seanna, whom she shared a special cousin bond. To her many friends, she was very loyal and loving and she enjoyed sharing her experiences with her parents just to let us know how much she appreciated each of you as individuals. To her special friends, Cole, thank you for bringing out her vibrant self and zest for life and Mark, thank you for keeping her grounded. Ashley graduated from Kelvin High School and then attended the University of Manitoba where she obtained her Bachelor of Nursing degree. She was employed with the surgical relief team at Health Sciences Centre and her passion for the profession radiated. Ashley had many life experiences during her time with us. She was a seasoned traveller by the age of 10. Her passion for fishing, both in summer and winter, it did not matter what the weather was like, you would find her with a fishing rod in hand and saying Dad I caught one at her cabin where she spent the most wonderful 24 years exploring with her grandparents and parents. She loved animals and in some strange way, animals knew this. She loved to go horseback riding and knew how to care for them. She especially loved her two dogs, Rebel and Ruby, whom she adopted, and were her two most loyal followers, if there is a word for amazing, their loyalty and love for her was astonishing. As parents, you have given us such an extraordinary amount of memories, your growth from childhood into adulthood that we exude with pride and love for you. Our dear Lady Ashley, with all our love and gratitude. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Thomson In the Park Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 45 Hurst Way, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3T 0R3.
